All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions, as certified by the original producers of that content.

Exemption — content produced by third parties

The operator of LuvNest is not the “producer” (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)) of any depictions appearing on this website. LuvNest limits itself to embedding, via official embed codes, content produced and hosted by third-party platforms; it does not hire, contract for, manage or arrange the participation of any performer. The producers of each video — identified on its watch page with a link to the original — are solely responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A, and those records are available from them as the custodians of records for their content.
